    • TECH REPORT: CHECKED RESISTANCE AT INJECTOR #5 IN VALVE COVER HARNESS. HAS 213.2 K OHMS, PASSED. SPEC IS 150-250K OHMS. CHECKED RESISTANCE FROM PCM TO INJECTOR HARNESS, HAS .2 OHMS OON POWER WIRE AND .2 OHMS ON GROUND WIRE, PASSED. LESS THAN .5 OHMS IS SPEC. LAB SCOPED INJECTOR, NOW INJECTOR IS WORKING AND ENGINE IS NOT MISSING. SUSPECT BAD PIN FIT AT ECU. CONNECTOR TO ECU IS BROKEN AND SUSPECT CAUSING INJECTOR/MISFIRE ISSUE. NEED TO REPLACE CONNECTOR.
    • INCLUDES: PRESSURE TEST SYSTEM, PERFORM VISUAL, NITRITE, FREEZE POINT AND PH LEVEL COOLANT TEST. ALSO TEST THERMOSTAT, RADIATOR , AND FANS FOR PROPER OPERATION. TECH REPORT: PRESSURE TESTED COOLING SYSTEM. SAW NO ACTIVE LEAKS. CAN SEE EVIDENCE OF COOLANT LEAKING NEAR WATER PUMP. TALKED TO DRIVER ABOUT COOLANT LEAKS. DRIVER SAID HE REPLACED BOTH UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSE AND SEEMS TO HAVE STOPPED THE COOLANT LEAK. SUSPECT WATER PUMP MAY BE INTERMITTENTLY LEAKING. RECOMMEND DRIVING VEHICLE. IF DRIVER SEES COOLANT WILL NEED A WATER PUMP.
    • PERFORM LUBE OIL AND FILTER. LUBED THE CHASSIS, CHANGE OIL AND FILTER. CHECK AND TOP OFF ALL FLUID LEVELS. PERFORM LIGHT CHECK AND TEST DRIVE. NOTE//REFER TO RECOMMENDATION JOBS ON INVOICE FOR WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED ON YOUR VEHICLE. COMPLETED
    • INCLUDES/ ADD OIL DYE TO APPROPRIATE SYSTEM AND OPERATING COMPONENT UNTIL LEAK IS VISIBLE WITH BLACK LIGHT. TECH REPORT: ADDED DYE AND PRESSURE WASHED ENGINE. INSPECTED AND FOUND LEAKS AT REAR OF ENGINE (MAJOR), SUSPECT TURBO LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE DRAINS OR REAR MAIN SEAL. ALSO HAS LEAK AT FRONT TIMING COVER, SUSPECT TIMING COVER NEEDS TO BE RESEALED. RECOMMEND VANDERPOL & MAAS FOR REPAIRS.
